By entering the Totally Treasures Quarterly Contest entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations. The Contest commences at 12:00 am Pacific Time on the first day of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 respectively) and ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Time on the last day of each quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 respectively).

1. Eligibility: The Contest is offered and open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of the date of entry and who are the authorized account holder of a valid e-mail address. Employees of Totally Treasures and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter or win. Previous winners are ineligible to enter or win for a period of 12 months following their initial win.

2. How To Enter: Visit http://www.totallytreasures.com/contents/en-us/d274.html during the contest period and submit an Official Entry form including your complete name, address including zip code, telephone number and your primary e-mail address. Only online entries will be accepted. All online entries must be received by 11:59 Pacific Time on the last day of the quarter for which they are entering (March 31, June 30, September 30 or December 31). Limit one online entry per person, per household. Duplicate online entries will be void. Online entries will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address who submitted the online entry. An "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. By submitting an online entry, you agree to abide by the terms of these Rules and the Totally Treasures Privacy Policy.

3. Winning: One winner will be chosen at random within 2 business days after the contest end date. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 7 business days of contest end date and asked to confirm their shipping address. In the event that the winner cannot be reached by e-mail, an employee of Totally Treasures will contact them by telephone using the number provided on their entry form. Prize will be shipped to the winner within 2 business days after address verification. In the event that the winner cannot be reached either by e-mail or telephone, then an alternate winner will be selected and the notification process will begin again. A winner is only allowed to win once in any 12 month period. Once an individual has been chosen as our winner, all entries for the next 12 months are deemed ineligible.

4. Prizes: One prize will be awarded each contest period. The value of the prize will vary but will not exceed $50.00. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received during the contest period.

5. Participation: Participation in the contest constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these rules. These rules will be posted at http://www.totallytreasures.com/contents/en-us/d276.html throughout each contest period. Totally Treasures reserves the right to, in their sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the contest should any computer virus, bugs or other technical difficulty or other causes beyond the control of Totally Treasures corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest, at which time, Totally Treasures will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the contest termination.

6. General Release: By entering the contest, you release and discharge Totally Treasures and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns from any liability whatsoever in connection with the contest or with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize including, without limitation, legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including, without limitation: personal injuries; death; damage to, loss or destruction of property; rights of publicity or privacy; and defamation or portrayal in a false light). Totally Treasures will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertant errors in these rules or in other materials relating to the Totally Treasures Quarterly Contest.
