Product Availability

Totally Treasures strives to keep our stock levels up to date by only allowing purchases on items that are in stock. Occasionally however, our best efforts are not good enough and it can be possible to add an item to your shopping cart that is not in stock. In these situations a customer service representative from our company will contact you via email or telephone to let you know of the error. We can at that time advise you of the impending arrival date of new product or offer an alternative if new product will not be available.

Ordering

You may order safely online. Simply click on the Buy or Add to Basket button to add the product to our secure shopping basket. All credit card details are encrypted and sent to us from our secure server.

Once the order has been received you will automatically receive an order confirmation. This email will detail the exact order that we have received. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped. This email will contain a link to the shipping carrier that was used for your order shipment. In most cases this will be UPS.com but can be USPS or DHL. This email will include your tracking number so that you may track you shipment.

If you do not wish to use our shopping cart to complete your purchase, before completing your checkout, you will have an option to print out the order form. You can then either fax it to (714) 772-2874 or mail it to us at the following address.

We also accept checks and money orders made payable to Totally Treasures. Please print an order form and mail it complete with payment to: Totally Treasures, PO Box 3968, Anaheim, CA 92803. Please do not send cash.

Shipping and Handling

Orders are processed within 24 hours or receipt and shipped 1-2 business days after that.

We offer the following shipping methods:

UPS Ground - continental United States only
US Postal Service - PO Boxes only
Airmail - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Island and APO/FPO
DHL Rush Delivery - continental United States only

All shipping rates for the various shipping methods are calculated for you in the shopping basket. Please use the charts on the Shipping page for your reference.

To see estimated shipping times check the shipping chart on the Shipping page. These estimates are for UPS only, which is our primary shipping carrier. Shipping times will vary for the other methods depending on which method is required.

We reserve the right to change shipping rates at any time.

Returns

If you should receive any items that are damaged, you must contact us immediately upon receipt of the merchandise to inform us of the problem. You may reach us by phone at (714) 469-4294 or by the contact form on the Contact Us page. We cannot issue credit or refunds for damaged merchandise without prompt notice. If, for reasons other than damage, you are not satisfied with any item, you may return the merchandise within 15 days from time of receipt for a complete refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling), or you can exchange the product for another item. Merchandise cannot be returned without a return authorization number. Contact us using the contact form on the contact page to request your return authorization number. Merchandise returned without a return authorization number will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and refund will be in the form of store credit using our online gift card system.

Return merchandise with the original packing slip for proper credit, and be sure to include any additional contact information. All returns should be insured and properly packaged. Return to:

Guarantee

Every product you purchase from Totally Treasures must be free of defects. If you should find that you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it within 15 days of receipt, following the return guidelines above. We will offer full credit toward the purchase of another item, or refund the price paid at the time of purchase (less shipping charges).

Totally Treasures assumes no liability for any loss and/or damage caused by the use or misuse of any merchandise. We ship all merchandise via UPS, unless another shipping method is required. Due to factors beyond our control, delays in delivery may occur. We cannot assume responsibility or liability for any damages caused by late, early and/or untimely deliveries.

Items illustrated in the catalog and on the website are actual photos of the products available at the time of printing. An updated version may be substituted at a later date, if necessary. We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever earlier models are discontinued or when these changes represent an equal or greater value for our customers. In addition, great diligence is exercised to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, but we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
